About
This Free NZAPH First Aid Hypnotherapy Toolbox is a free resource created by members of the New Zealand Association of Professional Hypnotherapists (NZAPH) to provide support and guidance to those who have been affected by natural disasters or war. This resource offers a variety of hypnotherapy techniques, tools, and downloads to help individuals cope with the emotional aftermath of traumatic events such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and grief. This Toolbox is designed to help individuals take control of their emotional well-being and build resilience in the face of adversity. The toolbox includes a range of techniques such as self-hypnosis, relaxation exercises, visualisation, and affirmations that can be used to manage stress and anxiety, alleviate trauma symptoms, and promote emotional healing. It is a collaborative effort by NZAPH members who are committed to supporting those in need. This resource is our way of giving back to the community and helping those who are struggling to cope with the impact of natural disasters or war. We believe that hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool in helping individuals rebuild their lives and regain their emotional strength and resilience. We encourage anyone who has been affected by natural disasters or war to take advantage of this free resource and use it to support their emotional well-being. This Toolbox is available to everyone, regardless of whether they have any prior experience with Hypnotherapy. Enjoy!
