I have been a professional member of NZAPH (New Zealand Association of Professional Hypnotherapists) for a number of years.

I have been running a hypnotherapy practice in Wellington for more than 15 years. I specialize in stopping smoking. I have no idea how many clients I have seen but it must run into thousands.

I have a Masters Degree in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ. I also have a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Victoria. I have spent 40 years teaching in universities around the world.

I have published three books of hypnosis scripts. I have published academic journal articles on hypnosis. My work has been cited and used in independent academic research. And is frequently plagiarized.

I have presented at various professional conferences. My hypnosis scripts are used by hundreds of hypnotherapists all over the world every day. I am consulted for advice by other hypnotherapists. I have been on more training courses than I can remember.

I live in Wellington with my wife Trish and a cat called Parsnip. I have a home office where I see clients. For those with work or family commitments I have evening and weekend appointments.
